About the tool

In 2021, SKR (SALAR), in a network together with municipalities and regions, developed a model to identify questions, matters or change processes at an early stage, which risk giving rise to conflict and tension.

The purpose of the tool is to be able to act preventively in a systematic way at an early stage. Based on the model, the digital tool "Riskguide for preventing conflict" has been developed. During 2022, the tool will be tested together with municipalities and regions and further developed based on the opinions received.
